Uchiko
Over the course of four years, I worked with Uchi Restaurants to extend their brand to the the second location of Uchi, Uchiko (meaning child of Uchi). The new restaurant wouldn’t be a huge departure, so the goal was to differentiate Uchiko’s location and staff without losing the reputation and style.
Working closely with chefs, managers, marketing, and owners, I helped to create a menu system that would unite the experience of both restaurants brands while allowing plenty of room to stand alone. Kraft construction and reusable construction made Uchi’s expansion efforts easier and less-expensive.
These efforts were continuously supported with a consistent dose of promotions, web updates, and internal communication support.
